How can we help?

Quis is free, needs no account, and keeps your contacts on your device. If something isn't working or you have a question, email us and a real person will get back to you, usually within a couple of business days.

Before you write

A few quick pointers that answer most questions:

  • Your contacts and meeting history live on your device. Deleting the app removes the Quis data on it, so export first from Settings → Export contacts if you want to keep it.
  • What Quis collects and sends off-device is spelled out in our Privacy Policy.
  • The terms that govern using the app are in our Terms of Service.

When you email about a bug, it helps to include your device model, OS version, and a short description of what happened.
